Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we got you. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. We cannot accept used products for refunds.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product isn't used or damaged

Shipping charges and returns

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, both to and from DYNAM Fitness.

Defective items

If you received a defective product, we are sorry! Please notify us immediately for assistance. We’ll take care of everything.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
