Shipping Policy

Canada and USA:

Orders are currently fulfilled by us through Canada Post which can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. Please note this shipping window is setup with a margin of error. If we are not busy, your order will be processed immediately during our regular office hours which are 9am - 5pm MST, Monday to Friday. Orders to the USA will take a bit longer because of customs clearance and will arrive through USPS. 

International:

Unfortunately the store will not allow you to checkout because international shipping and your local sales taxes do not exist within the system. Please contact us with your order so we can do a custom shipping estimate.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

CANADA: $10 CAD flat rate

USA + APO/FPO/DPO: $20 USD flat rate

TRACKING

If a tracking number is generated for your order, we will send it to you by email.  Most orders have a tracking number.  If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we'll find it for you.
